Everyone loves March Madness… NCAA March Madness is a great time for lots of people because it brings people together for a common reason. Everyone loves sitting down with their friends, having a few brews and picking their ncaa bracket picks. Debates rage on about whether Kentucky is too young and immature to take the Final Four championship, or whether Ohio State is just going to stomp ass all the way through. Then there’s the underdogs. Excitement fills the air as March Madness rages on.
We all fill out NCAA bracket picks, but is there anything you’re missing? I knew I was missing something when I came across a website that was giving away a free trip for two to this years (2010) Final Four tournament. I was surprised that all you had to do was fill out a quick survey and put your ncaa bracket picks in. This provided me with an easy way to get a trip with my girlfriend to the NCAA final four, since my bracket picks are always 90% accurate.
How do you know which bracket picks to go with? I would say use your gut instinct… as that’s always the best thing to do, but with NCAA bracket picks, you have to become an analyst. Which teams are underdogs? Which have latent talent that is blooming in the post-season? Which score more points on a run? Who plays better defense? Analysing these aspects will help you get a better grip on the tourney and make your bracket picks more accurate.

ESPN has a really nice set up this year including all the important wins and losses each team has had this year. It also shows the percentage each team was picked by others and allows you to place your bracket up against celebrities like the hosts of Mike and Mike.
